Ron Paul slams Boston police. Has he gone too far?

Former GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul has slammed US law enforcement for responding to the Boston Marathon bombing with “police state tactics.”

He has a point that we should take heed to and not just dimiss out of hand!!!!

If Martial Law is declared over an area, county, state region or country all rights under the Constitution are lost! Free speech, freedom of assembly, owning a gun, search and seizure are just a few! Is that what we would want? Armed soldiers in the streets disbursing any type of gathering, arresting people who are speaking up against Martial Law, searching homes and businesses without warrants, arresting people without due process! I am not saying this is what happened in Boston, but it came close! Citizens should be very afraid of Martial Law under any circumstances
