Of course Sean Connery will always be the best Bond because he was the first, but Pierce I would rank you second on the long list of Bond actors! The Bond you played was on the surface a suave and British gentlemen's gentlemen, but underneath a cold hard killer! You brought a better Bond to film than Timothy Dalton, who I never thought he pulled off playing a M16 license to kill agent! From scene to scene you never knew who you were going to get, the gentleman or the killer! Also, you brought a meanness to Bond that had been missing with the pervious Bonds! So Pierce don't be so hard on yourself, I think a lot of Bond fans think you did a good job!
