Obama calls climate change an 'indisputable' security threat!

The way science used to work was someone or some group would come up with a theory about something, the theory of Relativity for instance. Then that person or group would submit the data used to support their theory to the worlds science community. Sometimes it would take years before the theory was deemed correct by all concerned! If you read history you will see that when Isaac Newton submitted his theory about how gravity worked it took years of debate before it was accepted. Now it seems a group can come up with a theory like Global Warming, Climate Change but won’t submit its data used to support this theory to others for scrutiny. If someone does disagree they are demonized almost as bad as when scientist started to disagree with the Church that the Earth revolved around the Sun and not the other way around! The problem I have with Global Warming or Climate change is that there have already been issues with the data and how the data was gathered in the first place. That’s why proponents had to change the name of the issue from Global Warming to Climate change! If Climate Change is true we have a serious problem! If Climate Change is not true we have a serious problem. So I think we need to stop pi—ing on each other’s shoes or trying to see who has the biggest di-k and get together and find the truth. If you are old enough you will remember when back in the late 60’s we were told a new Ice Age was coming because the records indicated a continuous drop in temperature. By now according to those findings Chicago should be under a sheet of ice! The last time I looked that was not so! It seems that most of this Climate Change issue is being pushed by people like Al Gore who own millions of shares in company stock for alternate fuel companies! These people will become billionaires 10 times over if the Government dictates that we will be required to get 20 – 30% of our energy from those alternate sources! Al Gore testifying before Congress supporting alternate fuel sources is like Dick Cheney testifying on behalf of the oil industry!  PS: Since all of these pro Climate Change supporters can’t get Congress to do what they want they now have Obama trying to make this a health issue like smoking or a security issue so he can just issue MORE executive orders to get his way!
