Obama to act without Congresses Approval!

He wants to be our dictator! And we are going to let him! He and the other progressives are so arrogant that even when the majority of the people and the duly elected representatives of these people say NO to an issue that HE and THEY think should be done then he uses his executive orders to by-pass the process! Just like he has given the illegals in the country de-facto clemency by ordering ICE agents not to arrest or deport the majority of them! I thought we had the 3 distinct branches of government the legislative, judicial, and executive! I thought this was done so one branch couldn't act without the other 2 in agreement to prevent anyone from becoming too powerful! I am wondering how Obama can just do what he wants through executive order! Isn't that a dictator? I can't think of any other word! If you read your history this is how dictators in the past came to power! They persuaded the people that they had all the answers and all they needed was the power to act! And we all know how these situations turned out! Executive orders can be overturned by either of the other two branches: the Supreme Court can do so through a case that is brought in front of them and Congress can do so by passing legislation that would conflict with the order or by refusing to approve funding to enforce it. The president still has the right to veto a decision from Congress, which Congress can override as always with a two-thirds majority that would end the executive order. However, this is nearly impossible because of the supermajority vote that is required as well as the fact that individual lawmakers can be left very vulnerable to political criticism. Basically this means our legislators don’t have the ballocks or gonads to do what is right! Our legislators today are sooo scared of upsetting special groups they have become basically paralyzed! I really think they like the executive order because it gives them political cover! For instance with the illegal alien issue, when they all get amnesty and can vote, these legislators can say they didn’t vote against it! Let us ALL understand what a slippery slope we are getting into! Once we as a country let us be ruled by executive order than you really need to understand what that means! Basically we would now have in fact a dictator!  I think we as a people have become so lazy when it comes to politics we care more about American Idol then what’s happening in Washington! As you sow, so shall you reap! I think it’s time we started thinking about what type of country we are going to leave to our grand-children?

Why don't we just open our borders and let anyone who wants to come in come in. Today we seem to want to reward the criminals that broke the law to get here and punish the ones who are trying to come in legally! What's with our country? If you commit a crime you should have to pay! Don't tell me they have done this for a better life for them and their children! You could say the same thing about drug dealers! I don't see any amnesty for them? I hope you supporters of amnesty understand how allowing 12 to 20 million illegals the right to vote will change the landscape of our country!? Also I thought our lawmakers are sworn in to obey the law and support the constitution? How can they support these law breakers! Obama has already given illegal aliens in the country today de-facto amnesty by instructing ICE not to arrest or deport most of them that are already here! I am sorry but all of this talk of amnesty and allowing illegals who are criminals be given one of the greatest gifts on earth, that is citizenship to the US just makes me sick! An watching an illegal march in my streets demanding rights that they don't deserve also makes me sick! I am old and will be dead soon but I am really concerned and worried about what this administration and the progressive movement will leave my grandchildren!

 Let's stop the violence period! Just blaming guns is not the answer! Obama's proposals to curb gun violence include reinstating the U.S. ban on some semi-automatic rifles, limiting the capacity of ammunition magazines, and more extensive background checks of prospective gun buyers, largely to verify whether they have a history of crime or mental illness. That all sounds nice from a political perspective but impractical from an enforcement standpoint! The Justice Department and the ATF currently do not have the resources to enforce the current laws! Only about 15%! They consider most of these violations "paper crime" and rather put their resources into catching violent criminals assaulting our citizens! Michael Bouchard, a former ATF assistant director for field operations says, “It’s simply a matter of using your resources wisely to effectively combat violent crime," he said in an interview. "To combat violent crime, they're going to go after criminals who are already in possession of guns or are using guns, rather than people who didn't get a gun." The FBI said it conducted 16.5 million background checks for gun purchases in 2011. Of those, 78,211 ended in denials of eligibility because of a past conviction, a warrant for an arrest, drug abuse or other reason. Forty-four attempted buyers faced prosecution in 2010! Even by this statement should make everyone aware that there are BACKGOUND CHECKSalready in place! I would also like to address blaming all the ills of violence on the so called gun lobby aka:  the NRA! The demonization of the NRA has been under way now for some time! They have demonized legal gun owners and especially the members of the NRA! With the help of the main stream media they always depict a NRA member as a big white bubba type guy in overalls wearing a hunting hat maybe chewing tobacco holding guns standing amongst dead children with a toothless smile on his face! This would be like depicting a member of the NAACP as a black man with pikanini hair big flat nose and big oversized lips really black skin (can’t pass the grocery bag test!) wearing overalls with one strap undone, slingshot in back pocket bare footed standing in a cotton field ogling the white women on the corner! Two others in the background dealing crack! Just how long do you think they would get away with that! But it’s ok to depict an NRA member as a big stupid white bubba! These Progressive are big on jumping on people who supposedly engaged in some kind of hate speech toward minorities are gays! But no one in the media or any other so called watch groups speak up when these Progressives  advocate beheadings, beatings, lynching’s, killing all the members of NRA families, putting peoples head on a stake!  So, it’s come to this: Advocating beheadings, beatings and the mass murder of peaceful Americans! But because the advocates of violence fashion themselves champions of non-violence and because they inhabit the hallowed worlds of Hollywood, academia and the Democratic Party, it’s acceptable? Blood-lusting hate speech must not get a pass just because it comes out of the mouths of the protected anti-gun class. Let’s remember our world history! The countries that in the past fell under the spell of great orators who started to blame all the ills of their society on specific class of people! Back in the day it was the Jews, Gypsies, Poles and Muslims! The ministry of propaganda just kept hitting it home if they could just get rid of the demons everything would be alright! Well we know how that turned out! In closing my wife and I were at a party the other evening and one of the people there started to parrot the hate speech that Americans are now being indoctrinated with today! He said that all NRA members and their families should be taken from their homes and shot! Its funny (not really!) that it’s ok to use a gun to enforce their beliefs that the NRA members shouldn’t have them! I asked this gentleman (using this term very loosely!) if he really believed that and would he be willing to pull the trigger? Believe it or not he said boastfully YES! (These are the type of people who wind up as guards at concentration camps!) Well, I said that my wife and I are NRA members and I had a gun in the car! Should we go outside so you can shoot my wife who is a 62 year old grey haired mother of 3 and grandmother of 6! Then you can hunt down our children and grandchildren and take them from their homes and shoot them also! It would be pretty bloody and could he handle screams from the babies! Well I guess I ruined the party because he now became belligerent because my wife and I were NRA members! I guess he thought we should be wearing a yellow star or something so we could be easily recognized when the shooting started! Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it! But true. Of course he didn’t want to shoot us, just the Bubba’s he sees in political cartoons!

As we move into 2014 there is renewed effort by the Democratic Party or as they should now be known as the Progressive Party to do whatever it takes to stay in power! The reason I say that is I believe that true Democrats still believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights! I also believe that true Democrats still believe that we are a Christian nation! I don’t think these so called Progressives believe in either! All the progressives want is to control the population!  How can they do this? Before I continue lets define who “they” are! “They” are us!  What we all have to face is everyone complains about the “Government or They” which was duly elected by Americans in 2008 and 2012! Maybe we as a people want to trade in our freedoms in favor of Big Brother taking care of us from cradle to grave! One big way “they” can stay in power is through Economics. Let’s talk about the economic destruction in the U.S.! Four years ago, then Senator Obama ran for President, promising to fundamentally change America.  Based on that goal, his Administration’s economic program has been an extraordinary success!  The combination of below average economic growth, high unemployment and his Administration’s initiatives to expand the number of welfare recipients have produced: An increase of 18 million people, to 46 million Americans now receiving food stamps; A 122% increase in food stamp spending to an estimated $89 billion this year from $40 billion in 2008; An increase of 3.6 million people receiving Social Security disability payments; A 10 million person increase in the number of individuals receiving welfare, to 107 million, or more than one-third of the U.S. population;  A 34%, $683 billion reduction in the adjusted gross income of the top 1% to $1.3 trillion in 2009 (latest data) from its 2007 peak. This essentially has created a very large voting block that will never vote for anyone trying to reduce government spending! And the predictions and expectations from experts indicate this trend will continue if we stay the economic course we are on. Adding Obama Care to the mix almost guarantees the US will go broke by 2020! By then the majority of Americans will be dependent on the Government for food, shelter, clothing and medical care! We will be like a third world country depending on China because at that time they will grow into the world superpower in the East, and because of Obama’s naiveté and bungling of foreign policy in the west Russia is now the most influential country with our old NATO friends because of the oil and gas they provide!

Could go on forever! All driven by the “LOVE” of money and used to spread evil around the globe, especially to our children nowadays! Of course it’s difficult for today’s parents to control because most of them were raised on, “SEX, DRUGS and ROCK & ROLL”!  Where will this new generation take us? Into this mystical cloud that everyone is talking about, once in will we ever be able to get out? If a Vatican Monsignor can be seduced by today’s society and its “LOVE” of money, what chance do we have? P.S. Parents use Net Nanny or other internet tracking and restricting software for your children’s devices even now available on Android! I used this on all of our computers when we had teenagers and also required them to use a centralized family computer and no access from their bedrooms! Made them very angry but I think that is my job!

Whatever you think of Vladimir Putin, he was not in a "Choom Gang", or called his grandmother "a typical white person!"! Also he seems to love his country! What a novel idea as a leader, would be nice if we had that here! And it appears that more and more people are looking at Vladimir as the world leader as opposed to Obama! Putin made Obama and the U.S. look like amateurs and fools when dealing with Syria! Much could go wrong, but for the moment, Putin has advanced Russia's interests not only in Syria, but more broadly. By the time Obama leaves office his naïveté in foreign policy will lead to Putin being the most influential leader in the world! Russia is also building an economic empire through oil and gas! Many of our so called allies in Europe get their energy from Russia! I don’t think they love us enough to lose that! More and more they will lean toward Russia when the chips are down!  If he can coordinate and lead all of the countries around the world that hate us, the Soviet Union will look like a picnic!

What do you expect from our leader who created the “Choom Gang” while in high school. Where he and his “buds!” would go to their hang outs called

Pumping Stations ! That’s where our now president had intimate knowledge of Maui Wowie, Kauai Electric, Puna Bud, and Kona Gold. Obama was apparently known for starting pot-smoking trends within the group. He coined the term "total absorption," or TA. Basically, anyone who exhaled smoke prematurely would be assessed a penalty, and skipped the next time the joint was passed around. His other innovation was the "roof hit," in which the Choom Gang would roll up the windows of a car and smoke inside. Once all the weed was gone, they would tilt their heads back and suck in the remaining smoke from the car ceiling. Our future president’s supplier was a pizza delivery guy name “Ray the Dealer!” and in his senior yearbook, Obama expressed his gratitude: "Thanks Tut, Gramps, Choom Gang, and Ray for all the good times."  While Obama was attending Occidental College in Los Angeles, Obama's sponsored what were called the Annex Olympics; events included wrestling in underwear, lighting farts on fire, and smoking pot from a three-foot crimson bong. Any other politician with this type of background would have not gotten elected President of the United States! Probably not even asked to run or get nominated! Question is why did he get a pass? And it makes you wonder what else is back there? We now know from Benghazi, the NSA scandal, the Post Office debacle, and Obama Care the he is a liar! I think he may have been smoking pot when he let Putin rush in and supposedly solve the Syrian crisis politically which now give him and Russia more sway in the Middle East than ever before! They say that pot stays in your system for a long time …. As much as he smoked there could be quite a lot still in there and this may give a clue on his weird behavior!

President Barack Obama says income inequality is "dangerous ... the defining challenge of our time." The pope is upset that capitalism causes inequality. Progressives, facing the failures of Obamacare, are eager to change the subject to America's "wealth gap."

It's true that today, the richest one percent of Americans own a third of America's wealth. One percent owns 35 percent!

But I say, so what? Progressives in the media claim that the rich get richer at the expense of the poor.

But that's a lie.

Hollywood sells the greedy-evil-capitalists-cheat-the-poor message with movies like Martin Scorsese's new film, "The Wolf of Wall Street," which portrays stock sellers as sex-crazed criminals. Years before, Oliver Stone's "Wall Street" created a creepy financier, Gordon Gekko, played by Michael Douglas, who smugly gloated, "It's a zero-sum game. Somebody wins; somebody loses."

This is how the left sees the market: a zero-sum game. If someone makes money, he took it from everyone else. The more the rich have, the less others have. It's as if the economy is a pie that's already on the table, waiting to be carved. The bigger the piece the rich take, the less that's left for everyone else. The economy is just a fight over who gets how much.

But this is absurd. Bill Gates took a huge slice of pie, but he didn't take it from me. By starting Microsoft, he baked millions of new pies. He made the rest of the world richer, too. Entrepreneurs create things.

Over the past few decades, the difference in wealth between the rich and poor has grown. This makes people uncomfortable. But why is it a problem if the poor didn't get poorer?

Progressives claim they did. Some cite government data that show middle class incomes remaining relatively stagnant. But this data is misleading, too. It leaves out all government handouts, like rent subsidies and food stamps. It leaves out benefits like company-funded health insurance and pensions, which make up increasing portions of people's pay.

And it leaves out the innovation that makes life better for both the rich and poor. Even poor people today have access to cars, food, health care, entertainment and technology that rich people lusted for a few decades ago. Ninety percent of Americans living "below the poverty line" have smart phones, cable TV and cars. Seventy percent own two cars.

But hold on, says the left. Even if the poor reap some benefits from capitalism, it's just not "fair" that rich people have so much more. I suppose this is true. But what exactly is "fair"?

Is it fair that models are so good-looking? Why is it fair that some men are so much bigger than I, so no one will pay me to play pro sports? It's hardly fair that I was born in America, a country that offers me far greater opportunities than most other countries would. We Americans should be thankful that life is not fair!

Freedom isn't fair, if fair means equal. When people are free, some will be more successful than others. Some people are smarter or just luckier. Globalization and free-market capitalism multiply the effect of smarts and luck, allowing some people to get much richer than others. So what? Inequality may seem unfair, but the alternative—government-forced equality—is worse. It leaves everyone poor.

Opportunity is much more important than equality, and there is still income mobility in America. People born poor don't necessarily stay poor.

Pew research shows 58 percent of the kids born to the poorest fifth of families rose to a higher income group. Six percent rose all the way from the bottom fifth to the top fifth.

Sixty-one percent of kids born to the richest fifth of families fell from that group, and 9 percent fell all the way to the bottom.

Opportunity requires allowing people to take risks and make changes. We won't always like the outcomes. But over the long haul, we're still better off if people are free to strive and fail, or maybe—reap big rewards.

Cable TV: It's ok to cut the cable if you don't to watch ESPN live or NatGeo, or any other Discovery Channel live! You can use the other services but it's all old stuff! I have friends who have cut the cable and are left out the next morning around the water cooler when a show was amazing! For instance the day after the fall finale of Son's of Anarchy or the Walking Dead. They were the talk of the office except for those who had cut their cable! They had to wait a day... by that time it was old news! And every football fan who generally didn't get to watch Thursday night or Monday night football! I guess that's ok if you don't mind recording and just hope someone doesn't mention the score the next day! GPS: Sure you can get it through your phone but it's not good if you have to make a call or receive one. Also these are phones not really a GPS system, so they're are not as good! Yes, a lot of cars have a GPS system built in, but if I want to enter multiple addresses like before my wife and I go to garage sales in the morning I'd rather do it from the comfort of my den watching all the cable channels others can't get! Also I can take my GPS with me in another vehicle if someone else wants to drive! Digital Camera's: I don't understand your comments, the DSLR camera's are digital! People are just upgrading! Also there isn't a cell phone out that that can do all the things a digital camera can do and the pictures are so much better. You can really see the difference when you load them down to your computer. Plus you generally have a larger choice of the megapixels you can use, not to mention the array of lenses you can get! Yes you can cut cable, trash your GPS and use your phone to take pictures, but just realize you are going to be giving up features you may not be aware of. My son cut his cable and went full out buying the HD Antenna, Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime, and iTunes! He went back to cable when he just couldn't give up Mike and Mike in the morning. For me it would be NatGeo and the Smithsonian channels!

A Maltese bishop said that in a private conversation with Pope Francis about same-sex marriage and adoption of children, the pontiff affirmed to him that same-sex marriage is “an anthropological regression.” This is good second hand info that will not stand up in court! If that is what the Pope thinks he needs to go on TV or give in interview and say it!
If he is letting his minions carry this message and still trying to whew  the gay community with the other quote, then he's no better than any other politician out there playing both sides of the street! Homosexuality; is a mortal sin or not? I think the Pope needs to make this clear to everyone! If it is then state so, if not then we need to reevaluate all mortal sins in light of this new progressive society. This reminds me of Obama's stance on illegal aliens!  They're breaking the law but not being prosecuted for it! In some cases actually being rewarded! So, Pope Francis I think you need to clarify this issue to the 1 billion Catholics around the globe! Also if you decide that homosexuality is not a mortal sin (since you speak for God and are infallible when speaking of religious matters!) then you will need to work with God to release all of the gays who died under the old law and having been spending time in hell!
