Obama to act without Congresses Approval!

He wants to be our dictator! And we are going to let him! He and the other progressives are so arrogant that even when the majority of the people and the duly elected representatives of these people say NO to an issue that HE and THEY think should be done then he uses his executive orders to by-pass the process! Just like he has given the illegals in the country de-facto clemency by ordering ICE agents not to arrest or deport the majority of them! I thought we had the 3 distinct branches of government the legislative, judicial, and executive! I thought this was done so one branch couldn't act without the other 2 in agreement to prevent anyone from becoming too powerful! I am wondering how Obama can just do what he wants through executive order! Isn't that a dictator? I can't think of any other word! If you read your history this is how dictators in the past came to power! They persuaded the people that they had all the answers and all they needed was the power to act! And we all know how these situations turned out! Executive orders can be overturned by either of the other two branches: the Supreme Court can do so through a case that is brought in front of them and Congress can do so by passing legislation that would conflict with the order or by refusing to approve funding to enforce it. The president still has the right to veto a decision from Congress, which Congress can override as always with a two-thirds majority that would end the executive order. However, this is nearly impossible because of the supermajority vote that is required as well as the fact that individual lawmakers can be left very vulnerable to political criticism. Basically this means our legislators don’t have the ballocks or gonads to do what is right! Our legislators today are sooo scared of upsetting special groups they have become basically paralyzed! I really think they like the executive order because it gives them political cover! For instance with the illegal alien issue, when they all get amnesty and can vote, these legislators can say they didn’t vote against it! Let us ALL understand what a slippery slope we are getting into! Once we as a country let us be ruled by executive order than you really need to understand what that means! Basically we would now have in fact a dictator!  I think we as a people have become so lazy when it comes to politics we care more about American Idol then what’s happening in Washington! As you sow, so shall you reap! I think it’s time we started thinking about what type of country we are going to leave to our grand-children?
