Bills To Defy Federal Gun Laws
‘Shortly after voters in Colorado
and Washington State approved measures that legalized the recreational use of
marijuana, President Obama told Barbara Walters that his Justice Department would
not prosecute pot users in these states’. The Obama
administration has also refused to enforce laws requiring the
deportation of illegal aliens and stopped defending the Defense of
Marriage Act while it remains federal law. What the president now has on his
hands are states taking his lead and deciding which federal laws to enforce are
not! Will this lead to local governments refusing to obey state laws!?
Citizens will then pick and choose which laws they will obey! Sounds crazy
doesn’t it! The United States is or was a country of laws to be obeyed or
changed. Without laws we have chaos! The President is to …” preserve, protect and
defend the Constitution of the United States.” Not to
pick and choose!
